Organisational Evolution
Since its relaunch in 2023, TheTeamPhoenix (TTP) has grown from a community-driven initiative into a nationally and regionally impactful cybersecurity social enterprise. Through research, education, real-world security solutions, and large-scale capacity-building programs, TTP addresses critical cybersecurity challenges across South Asia and beyond. With expanding partnerships, international engagements, and applied research initiatives, TTP continues to advance its vision of a safer, smarter, and more resilient cyberspace.

Phoenix Summit 2025
A six-day cybersecurity event organized by TheTeamPhoenix, presented by NCC Bank PLC and powered by Dhaka Bank PLC. Featured 3 workshop tracks (Cyber Threat Hunting, DNSSEC, DevSecOps) and main summit with Blue Team Day, Enterprise Day, and Red Team Day.
SecureNet BD — APNIC Foundation Grant
Secured ISIF Asia grant to launch SecureNet BD, Bangladesh's first Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (CCoE). Includes community-driven SOC/CSIRT, national Cyber Range, capacity-building for 1,000+ participants, and Fellowship & Mentorship Programme. Featured in Kaler Kantha.
MoU with Nepal Internet Foundation
Signed MoU to deploy a national Honeynet project for Nepal, expanding our regional cybersecurity impact and cross-border collaboration.

Thimphu TechPark Collaboration (Bhutan)
Phoenix Academy delivered the Master Security Engineering & SOC Automation in-person workshop in Thimphu — our first international workshop batch.
UITS Hands-on Workshop
Hosted hands-on workshop at University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS) on 'Web App Intrusion - Attack, Detect & Defence'.
Phoenix Summit 2024
One of the largest cybersecurity gatherings in Bangladesh. Two-day summit with Blue Teaming Day and Red Team Day tracks. Featured Red Team Village with Phoenix Summit CTF powered by ThreatSims. Introduced InfoSec Community Awards 2024. Notable speakers from APNIC (Australia), OpenRefactory Inc. (USA), and Nepal.
Sudocast — Season 1
Launched 'Sudocast – The Tech Show', a bilingual (Bangla–English) podcast exploring security, technology, entrepreneurship, and community journeys through open dialogue.
RenasCon 2023
Bangladesh's first purple-teaming focused conference. RenasCON embraces the spirit of 'renascence' — a rebirth of ideas, revival of knowledge, and transformation of security practices. Uniting foremost minds to shape the future of cybersecurity.
